HSS/DDR Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

HSS/DDR Application Engineer is working oncutting-edge High Speed SerDes (HSS) and DDR IP engagement and support forHI-TALENT’S CLIENT COMPANY worldwide clients. By employing the industry leadingtools, state of the art methodology, and innovative semiconductor leadingtechnologies ranging from 32nm to 14nm and beyond, you will be participatingin:

?Provide direct technical customer supportand assistance to enable customers to successfully use HSS/DDR in their chip

?Engage in hardware bring up and qualitytest support, including issue debug, electrical parameter measurement andHSS/DDR interface/register analysis

?Enable physical integration of HSS/DDR inbackend design process

?Provide customer feedback on requirementsfor HSS/DDR to internal development team

?Provide customer reference of board levelcircuit design on HSS/DDR interface

?Write application notes and reviewspecifications for HSS/DDR

Requirements:

?ME/EE/CS or background in related areas.

?At least 3 years industry applicationengineering experience.

?Experience and knowledge in one or more ofthe following areas:

？HSS or DDRcustomer application support

？Hardwarebring up and quality test support

？High speedlink or memory interface protocols including JEDEC, PCIE and CEI

？High speed linkor memory interface design and verification experience is a plus

？High speedboard design and validation experience is a plus

?Good understanding of chip backend designflow and methodology.

?Able to conduct flexible hour technicalmeetings, seminars and trainings to customers.

?Business travel within greater Chinaregion is required.

Analog Design Engineer

is working on cutting-edge Analog andMixed-signal IP development for HI-TALENT’S CLIENT COMPANY worldwide clients,including High Speed Serial Links, PLL, ADC/DAC, etc. By employing the industryleading tools, state of the art methodology, and innovative semiconductorleading technologies ranging from 32nm to 14nm and beyond, you will be participatingin the definition, design, layout, and characterization of the analog andmixed-signal circuits.

Requirements:

ME/EE or background in related areas.

At least 2 years industry analog design orverification experience.

Able to design circuits that operateeffectively within the process window, and supervise layout floorplan anddesign.

Demonstrate good knowledge and experiencein advanced analog and mixed-signal circuit design, experience in one or moreof the following circuits, is a plus: ？Bias, Bandgap, Voltage Regulators

VCO, Charge Pump, Clock Divider, PFD

Driver / Receiver

Serializer / Deserializer

Phase Interpolator

Familiar with transistor level circuit EDAtools (Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, etc.).

Good understanding of advancedsemiconductor technology process and device physics.

Experience with system level modeling andsimulation by MATLAB, Verilog-A or C/C++ is a plus.
