Job Title: Paralegal

Location: Shanghai

Job Description:

1.      To draft andamend commercial contracts and other legal documents under supervision andguidance of legal counsels;

2.      To make legalsummary of key terms and conditions in commercial contracts;

3.      Legaldocuments translation from Chinese to English, and vice verse;

4.      To proofreadlegal documents in Chinese and English;

5.      To providelegal and compliance training/education to employees in respect of company’spolicies and procedures;

6.      To conductlegal research on the PRC laws, regulations and judicial cases;

7.      To assist withpreparation of Company’s periodic contracts reports;

8.      To create andmaintain internal case database, run searches on internal and external documentdatabase and systems;

9.      To maintainthe custody of legal documents; and

10.  To provideadministrative and coordination support to legal operations.

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor ofLaws;

2.      Admission tothe PRC bar;

3.      Generalknowledge of company/commercial legal environment and other general businessrelated laws, rules and regulations;

4.      A strong senseof responsibility;

5.      Good commandof written and spoken English;

6.      Greatattention to details;

7.      Experienceworking for a law firm preferable.
