Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of both R&D and Application focused engineers
As the senior leader to represent company across all engineering functions and disciplines, regularly interface with the customer and IHV’s on project status update, gathering customer feedback, technical discussions, and assisting Sales to secure design wins.
Develop and sustain button processes with key vendors.
Handle customer escalations as well as identifying and escalating issues to headquarters in timely fashion
Gain deep understanding of our technologies and personally make technical contributions to solving complex problems
Facilitate cross-function communications and collaborations


Required Qualifications:   
Masters or higher, majoring in Electronic/electrical engineering
Veteran in consumer electronic industry, with minimum 15 years of related experience (or 12 years with Ph.D degree).
Minimum of 7 years of people management experience. Prior experience of managing a multi-function team is highly desired
Demonstrated progressive career path with a strong execution record
Customer focused, self-motivated with a strong desire to win
Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills, in both English and Mandarin
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 Prior engineering experience with electronic system design (analog and digital) and/or embedded FW programming is a plus
 Prior experience of managing complex R&D project from kickoff to successful MP is desired
Willing to travel internationally
