1.Responsible for physical design implementation and signoff of SoC chip.
2.Help develop/improve backend design flow/methodology.

Requirements:
1. BS or MS with 5+ years experience for Senior level .
2. Familiar with at least one popular backend design flow and EDA tools, including Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor.
3. Complete and Successful tapeout experience is a must.
4. Good programming skill (perl/TCL/python).
5. Layout experience is a plus.
6. DFT experience is a plus.
7. Backend project Leader experience is a plus
8. Must be a good team player and have good communication skills.
