工作职责：

1. Responsible for providing on-site and remote technicalsupport to customers, including technical requirements analysis, productpromotion and trainings, system evaluation, schematic and PCB layout review, asthe technical support front-end, perform the analysis and resolution ofcustomer technical issues and work closely with AE team to provide quick fixes.

2.Aggressive in capturing new designs. Closely trackcustomer projects and communicate the project schedule and status to FAEManager and Marketing and Sales. Consolidate customers’ requirements for newproduct definition.

3. Responsible for supervising and training Disty FAEs.

任职资格：

1. Good written and oral communications skills in Englishand Chinese.

2. 3+ years working experience in Optical Module.

3. Strong hardware development and debugging skills.

4. Working knowledge of the following technologies ishighly valued: RF & Micro Wave.

5. Pleasant personality and strong interpersonalcommunicational skill to work with the customers.

6. Good team work attitude.

7. Willing to travel and provide on-site supports tocustomers.
