Customer Support Engineer  (客户支持工程师)

Location: Shanghai, China

Strong mobility will be preferred

Job Description:

- Install equipment at customer's locations,including equipment with new features, unload components, inspect for damage,assemble, align and test. Analyze applicability, accuracy and adherence todesign specifications. Recommend design changes or substitution of materialswhen appropriate.

- Evaluate and diagnose problems and makeappropriate repairs. Work with co-workers, customer & field support inisolating and solving problems.

- Maintain and optimize equipment on a dailybasis to enhance functionality and prevent problems.

- Train customers in use and routinemaintenance of equipment. Answer customer questions and assist customers in aprofessional manner. Act as a resource for users on routine malfunctions.Advise users of appropriate actions to correct malfunctions and may recommendchanges in user procedures.

- Perform administrative and coordinationduties, including pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, systemproblem reports, and monthly reports. Prepare written technical reports on anindependent basis. Provide if appropriate support and assistance to lessexperienced ASML or local personnel as necessary.

- Should expect to spend more than 50% ofthe time inside the clean room working with mechanical and electricalequipment.

- Can work flexibly, can accept overtimeworking

- Have initiative to communicate withcolleagues and learn from them

- Can accept manager/leader’s arrangementbased on company business needs

Educational Level:

- Position requires a BS degree in anengineering field or equivalent experience, mechanical aptitude, and knowledgeof pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, semiconductor processes, relevantsoftware, and related.

- Knowledge of safety procedures required.

- Sufficient oral and written English level

2. Application Engineer（应用工程师）

Location: Shanghai, Beijing, Xi’an, Wuxi, China

Job
Responsibilities
：

-Define problem for customer.  Generateaction plan and solution recommendation for customers.

-Provide support to customers in resolvingissues/problems to help them maximize the performance and use of ASMLproducts.  Document procedures and processes to aid customers in the useof ASML products.

-Guide customers in tests to ensure thatthey are performed in an efficient manner.  Conduct data analysis toensure that the correct conclusions are drawn from test data and resultsreported to the customers and ASML.

-Organize short and long term tests toobtain new information on new, advanced techniques/technology of interest toASML and the customers.

-Meet with customers and internalorganization to maintain effective communication with commitment to keep allinvolved and affected parties informed of progress.

-Prepare presentations to provide newcustomer support and assist sales in technical presentations.

-Write reports, technical briefs or memosdocumenting activity to enhance the service capability, efficiency, and servicedevelopment.

Job Requirements：

-Minimum a BS University degree in electronics,engineering, physics, optics, or any related fields.

-Minimum 3 years working experience insemiconductor fab or 5 years related working experience for semiconductorequipment vendor; minimum 2 years working experience in lithographic process.

-Metrology tool and fab automationexperience is a plus .

-Able to communicate with customer  and able to read, write, fluently communicate in English

-Can work under pressure (  forinstance, Averagely, 10% overtime work and 2 weeks night shift per year in caseof emergency)

-Good team worker
