Position Description

Plan and developstrategy to test library characterization and validation software, whichincludes 5 products in standard cells, memory/macro blocks and IO cells area

Develop procedures, testcases, and designs to test, troubleshoot, and debug to make sure the productsare performing up to the specifications

Work closely with agroup of professionals to enhance product quality

Maintain QA systemon Linux platform, write Perl or Shell scripts to make work easier

Position Requirements

Have knowledge oflibrary characterization, IP design, static timing analysis, power analysis andsignal integrity analysis flows

Have knowledge onsemiconductor device

Have experience onSPICE or SPICE-like circuit simulation

Proficient in shellscripts (like TCL/Perl) and familiar with Linux operations is strong plus.

Good Englishcommunication skill both verbally and writing

Good problem solvingskill and team work spirit
