从Cadence官方网站下载安装Cadence所有软件！

大神，我在运行cadence时报错如下：[1] 3588

现在cadence已经不能这么下载，Effective 9-Nov-2015, the access policy for software downloads has changed. Access is only available for our users registered with our support or B2B portals. If you are only registered on cadence.com you may not have access to our software downloads.
