Job descriptionYour Responsibilities: 1.
Reporting:·
Member of the productdevelopment team·
Operationally reporting to theproject manager·
Functionally and hierarchicallyreporting to the Development Manager PLS. 2.
Circuit design ofanalogue, mixed signal and/or large-signal, HV circuits·
According ESD, Latch-up, EMC,DfX compliancy and robust IC design rules
Instructing lay-out engineers and contacts with device physics on models, newdevices etc.·
IC validation andcharacterisation (interpreting statistical data)
Coaching juniors.·
Writing internal designdocuments s.a. design reports, evaluation plans/docs…
Competitor analysis, (SWOT’s)·
Maintaining knowledge on tools,design methodologies and circuits (internal and external sources)·
Be an active member of theDevelopment organisation (GWO’s, peer reviews, consultancy etc.)·
Support deployment of ourpolicies, procedures and WoW such as BCaM, Sparc, Impulse3.
System design·
Definition and specification ofIC’s and circuits·
System simulation·
Writing patent proposals4.
Support·
Leading design review meetings·
Supporting product releaseincluding qualification and cooperation with marketing and application.·
Customer support includingproblem solving activities and returns analysis
Writing customer documents Your Profile: ·
Bachelor/Master with 5 -10years in analog desgin. ·
Good communication ·
Good writing and oral inEnglish
