Position Summary:
definition, design, simulation, layout supervision, characterization and release to production of high-performance switching voltage regulator integrated circuits. You should be proficient at both the higher level SMPS architectural tradeoffs and design of functional blocks such as amplifiers, monitors, references, comparators, protection circuits, digital interface circuits, gate drivers, and state machines.

Requirements:
- MSEE/PhD with experience in analog IC development
- Hands-on design experience with BiCMOS/CMOS mixed-voltage custom analog circuit designs
- strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design and simulation
- Must understand placement and layout issues with respect to mixed-signal IC
- Must understand common buck and boost switching topologies and control algorithms.
- Must possess strong laboratory verification and troubleshooting skills
