Position Description:

•Createsand executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changingneeds and requirements.

•Identifiesresources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

•Managesday-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

•Reviewsdeliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

•Effectivelyapplies our methodology and enforces project standards.

•Preparesfor engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

•Minimizesour exposure and risk on project.

•Ensuresproject documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

•Tracksand reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.

•Managesproject budget.

•Determinesappropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitorsreceivables for project.

•Followsup with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.

•Analyzesproject profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.

PositionRequirements:

Financial management

•Understandsbasic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makesdecisions accordingly.

•Understandsour pricing model and billing procedures.

•Accuratelyforecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.

•Assuresproject legal documents are completed and signed.

Business Development

•Identifiesbusiness development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relateto a specific project.

•Leadsproposal efforts including completing project scoping and LOE assessments.

•Effectivelyconveys our message in both written and verbal business developmentdiscussions.

Communication

•Facilitatesteam and client meetings effectively.

•Holdsregular status meetings with project team.

•Keepsproject team well informed of changes within the organization and generalcorporate news.

•Effectivelycommunicates relevant project information to superiors.

•Deliversengaging, informative, well-organized presentations.

•Resolvesand/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

•Understandshow to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

TechnicalUnderstanding

ü
Possesses general understanding in the areas ofDDR and AMS IP designs (USB/PCIe...). Design background is a big plus.

ü
At least over 10 years experience in ICindustry, required master degree in EE with at least 5 years of qualifiedproject/program management experience.

ü
Requires excellent communication skills inEnglish.
