Responsibilities:  

1.Provide and develop technical documentation of IT standards, processes and procedures related to Help Desk and Infrastructure for the local office.

2.Support maintenance of IT inventory.

3.Support Shenzhen IT project planning and execution, includes design, contract, development, deployment, training, maintenance, monitoring, procurement and assets administration.

4.Helpdesk support – Review the Helpdesk & IT Operations ticketing system on a daily basis to ensure incident and service requests are processed in a timely manner within the SLA; Deliver employee desktop and OA system support and training on IT best practices.

5.Network Admin- Participate in the deployment of the Infrastructure including Network routers, switches and cater to the regional growth; Perform hardware and software installations and upgrades of IT infrastructure and BU application server; Administration for Network System, Application server and security of Window/Linux server, IP system, WiFi, file and print service, Web, Email system, FTP, AD, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, Server/PC data backup service etc.

6.Perform regular operational tasks for the Desktop & IT Infrastructure, which include hardware and software problems for all laptops, printers and networking devices, audio/visual, phones and video conferencing systems;

Qualifications:

1.A fulltime Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;

2.5+ years’ experience with deploying and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software;

3.Working knowledge of Windows 2008/2012 active directory and user account management;

4.Working Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting procedures;

5.Good knowledge in WAN/LAN technologies, cisco router, switch, ASA firewall, PBX, VoIP etc

6.Excellent Windows troubleshooting skills;

7.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;

8.Strong written and verbal communication skills;

9.Excellent customer service skills;

10.Microsoft Exchange and Sharepoint experience a plus;

12.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

7. 具有优秀的沟通能力与技巧,良好的团队协作意识。

职位描述

职位要求：

1. 5年以上软件开发经验，熟悉面向对象开发思想；

2. 精通Android系统架构及相关技术，2年以上实际Android平台应用开发经验，具有独立设计、开发Android应用软件的能力；

3. 精通Android UI框架，能够快速开发出自动适配不同尺寸屏幕的UI界面，有动画或者OpenGL 3D应用开发经验为佳；

4. 熟悉JNI、NDK；

5. 熟悉Web服务、网络编程；

6. 具有较强的团队协作精神及高度的责任心，良好的编码规范；

7. 有电商类或金融类应用开发经验者优先考虑；

8. 英语读写能力佳，懂粤语者优先考虑。
