when I try to install the application library of 2012 version, I always get this message:

Error: Child process exit abnormally

And the detailed message is:

child process exited abnormally
child process exited abnormally
while executing
"close $::instio"
(procedure "processInstallInfo" line 166)
invoked from within
"processInstallInfo"

Can you give me hint about this ? Thank you!!

安装sentaurus2013，installer3.0，运行./setup.sh 出现bash: ./setup.sh: Permission denied
请教楼主这么解决，red hat 4.7 64位（RHEL4.7-x86_64）
