I want to design 2 watt amplifier using PD85004 from 135MHz to 175MHz . I am facing problem regarding amplifier stability andmatching. I have simulated amplifier model in ADS 2011.10. for LSSP and load pull test. Physical amplifier does not work with required gain. Can anybody help me ?

With this frequency and bandwidth, you should not have any problems. I work on GHz spectrum and I have yet to face a problem. Although somethings are to be considered here. 1. RF grounding should be proper.
2. The lambda/4 line for DC connectivity should be of the right length.
3.The module should be with same boundary conditions as in the ADS designing software while entering the substrate

By doing some experiments it is working. I will send you design files for further discussion.
