要求：硕士毕业 1-5年 (SRAM 方向)
工作地址：上海

1.Good knowledge of circuits design.Experience in Std. Cell, I/O, ESD SRAM, memory compiler, non-volatile memory,charge pump, band gap and other mixed-signal/analog IP preferred.

2.Experience inCadence/Synopsys/Mentor/Springsoft circuit and layoutdesign/simulation/verification tools preferred.

3.Unix/Lunix system experience and Goodprogramming skills preferred, such as C, Perl, TCL etc.

4.Device/Process/Layout/Testing relatedexperience preferred.

5.Intelligent and excellent analysiscapability.

6.Self-motivated and hard work.

7.Team player with good communication skills.
