Responsibilities :
The Customer Relationship Specialist provides exceptional, first-level, internal and external customer service. Responsibilities include helping to coordinate with our staff to sell , transport and deliver products and other services to our customers. This position also provides administrative support for others in the field business development division, and maintains information and reporting as directed.
1. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Establishes, develops, and maintains strong internal and external customer relationships by consistently providing quality service that is timely, thorough, and responsive and exceeds customer expectations. Receives incoming customer calls and provides administrative support to field business development division team members including sales and marketing staff.
2. INFORMATION MAINTENANCE AND REPORTING: Monitors database entry and reporting; maintains association database; processes required reports from CRM databases; and backs up information daily.
3. TEAM COORDINATION and ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Coordinates with field business development division team members including sales and marketing staff, logistic department staff to build relationships with and serve customers. Provides administrative support for all of these roles, as assigned, including direct mailing, event/meeting planning, appointment scheduling, scanning, copying, and customer communication. Helps coordinate with logistic staff on processing, organizing and completing products shipping and transporting, as assigned. Coordinates with support departments to answer questions, resolve operation problems and share necessary information
Qualifications:
10. BA/BS or equivalent experience of education.
11. Experience in Medical Device and or Pharmaceutical Sales (5+years min.), cardiothoracic surgery preferred
12. Highly motivational personality
13. Honest and integrity
14. Entrepreneurial Spirit
15. Proficient with CRM
16. Ability to work independently
17. Ability to work within a team
18. Excellent verbal and written communication

1. This is an entry level position for a Customer Relationship Specialist. The primary responsibility is to coordinate customer information and become a fully functional Customer Relationship Specialist through training and on-the-job experience.
2. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma and at least one year experience in two or more of the following areas: medical device related customer service or logistic operations and administrative support.
