职位要求：
1、熟悉芯片数字后端设计流程；
2、精通后端主流EDA工具，熟悉Tcl、Perl、Shell编程；
3、有多次亚深微米的流片经验（65nm 或 40nm以下）；
4、有8年以上相关工作经验，其中有3年以上管理经验。
