职位描述：
1、数据分析、通信及信号处理算法模型设计、仿真，并输出相应设计、仿真文档。
2、行业技术文献学习，算法分析，并就研究内容作总结和内部培训。

职位要求：
1、重点院校电子信息、通信、物理相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2、数学基础扎实，深入理解信号与系统、数字信号处理等专业知识。
3、了解通信系统基本原理，具备基本的模数电知识。
4、精通Matlab等仿真工具，能独立进行算法模型设计、实现。
5、良好的英文阅读能力，快速阅读并理解国内外相关领域论文。
6、主动学习、善于钻研，勇于接受有挑战的工作。
