销售总监 职位描述: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sales Director will have the overall sales responsibility for the company's *** product line. 职位描述: 岗位职责： 1. 制定有效的生产工艺和流程 2. 设计开发生产所需的各种工装夹具，满足组装、系统整合及测试的要求，提高生产率 3. 对于精密组装体，要特别设计相应的组装工具，治具等，以保证产品的稳定性，重复性 4. 制作治具图纸，治具使用方法，精密组装方法等的文档 5. 实施精益生产技术以优化生产流程，发现/减少生产过程中的时间浪费 6. 参与持续改进项目，提高生产率 岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历 （机械或相关专业） 2. 具备较强的动手能力，2年以上精密组装工作经验 3. 熟练操作机械设计软件，如：Solid Works，AutoCAD 4. 有光电，半导体或太阳能行业背景优先 5. 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，高度的责任感和自我激励 6. 具备英语书面交流的能力. Responsibilities: - Responsible for effective assembling process and flow. - Develop, design, and implement various jigs/fixtures throughout manufacturing process to meet the assembling, system integration, system test requirement to enhance the manufacturability - Especially precision assembling, need to design jigs to ensure repeatability. - Develop and perform relevant work instructions, work out SOP. - Implement lean production technology to optimize the whole manufacturing process. Identify and eliminate time waste in production - Participate in production continuous improvement program to enhance the manufacturability.
