Job Title:    LeadPV Engineer

Position Description:      

This jobis an important addition to our R&D team to develop Cadence EncounterDigital Implementation System (EDI)

Responsiblefor developing, applying, and improving quality standard for Cadence EDIproducts

Requiredto acquire expertise and ownership over existing product components as well asdevelop brand new product features.

Helpidentifying new technology challenges in advanced process nodes and proactivelyprovide the product improvement suggestion to R&D

Build upEDI expertise and deliver support to field team and customers whenever needed

PositionRequirements:  

CS/EE BSdegree with 5+ years or MS degree with 3+ years of EDA or IC design relatedexperience.

Goodexperience with Place and Route design flow using EDA tools. Good knowledge ofLEF/DEF.

Befamiliar with IC back-end design flow, from netlist to gdsout.

Stronganalysis/bedbug capability for technical issues, be detailed oriented with afocus on quality.

Good teamplayer with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Be ableto work under pressure, be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

GoodEnglish read, write and communication Skill.

JobTitle:    Lead PV Engineer-Software System

Position Description:      

Cadence ICD Product Validation Regression system is the coresystem infrastructure of the whole Product Validation organization, which cangreatly improve the whole organization's efficiency and boost the teamproductivity.

This position is responsible for the regression system andapplication development and maintanance.

The candidate need use all kinds of knowledge and skills todesign and improve the system based on the business requirement for theorganization operation and the existing system and related software/hardwareenvironment.

Detailed Responsibility:

1. Analyze System and Business requirement, based on whichdesign the system flow chart

2. Do the needful system/scripts maintenance/improvement

3. Communicate with related IT and PV team and drive toimprove organization operation efficiency

4. Innovate on the next generation system to boostorganization's efficiency

Position Requirements:   

Bachelor with 4 years related experience or Master with 2years related experience

1. Result driven and details focused working attitude

2. Excellent analytical skills and complex system problemsolving skills

3. Strong technical experience in Unix/Linux usage

4. Strong Perl/Tcl/Cshell scripting

5. Good knowledge and experience in CGI programming

6. Good knowledge in SQL database

7. Knowledge in Web programing (javascript, php, Python, XML)is a strong plus

8. Knowledge in NFS/Distributed Processing/ServerFarm/Network is a strong plus

9. Good written English and oral English is a strong plus

Job Title:
Lead PV Design Engineer

Position Description:      

1.Work through synthesis flowand APR flow by solving different kind of issues and bottleneck, througn manydesigns.

2.Identify anytiming/power/area issues within SYN/APR flow, and among flow interfaces.

Develop system for automation.

Position Requirements:   

1.MS with 3 years workexperience in design house or EDA company.

2.Good at STA, good at APRflow, including place, route, cts, optimization, and SI analysis

Know about RTL synthesis.

3.Good at unix scripts,cshell. Perl is a plus.

4.Strong ability in analysisand solving issues,  strong ability infacing difficulty and challenges. Proactive in work.

5.Good English skill,communication skill and good team work.
