Key Job Responsibilities:

* Interact with internal and external customers during pre and post-sales to understand requirements and drive appropriate program priorities and technical design reviews

* Work with engineering to facilitate transition of solutions from design to mass production

* Direct client support engineers on testing, tuning and troubleshooting as required and lead internal brainstorming sessions in support of issue resolution activity

* Domestic and international travel (up to 25%)

Qualifications & Experience:

* MSEE/CS degree

* 8 years experience with system integration projects in the test and measurement industry with minimum 5 years experience of wireless measurement products and/or associated solution software development. Experience with ***** measurement solutions and associated RF technologies an advantage

* Solid understanding of RF systems & high-level programming (C/C++) & scripting languages (Linux Shell, Perl, Python). Experience with MAC OS in test & measurement an advantage

* Hands-on experience in WLAN technologies 802.11b/g/n and/or cellular technologies WCDMA/HSPA/GSM/EDGE/LTE or CDMA200

* Working knowledge of wireless mobile chipsets and chipset providers

* Proven track record in delivering results under tight deadlines in a team context

* 2+ Years management experience

* Customer facing experience is desired
