Responsibilities:

§ Analyze customer requirements, translate them to SW requirement documents.

§ Follow SW development process, write SW design documents, develop switch drivers, dothe unit test/integrated test and maintain switch drivers.

§ Deliver assigned tasks on schedule.

§ Troubleshoot or on-site support the issues reported from customer.

§ Providetechnical support and training to the FAE and customers.

Qualifications:

1. 6+ years work experience with BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering,Computer Science, or related field

2.Deep understanding of Ethernet and switching/routing,especial for traffic management, Qos, MPLS, L3 switch etc.

3.Experience with Ethernet driver developmenton embedded platforms

4.Knowledge of multi-threading andsynchronization in a driver environment

5.Strong understanding of OS kernel internalsespecially Linux/Unix

6.Product architecture, design,implementation and testing experience

7.Knowledge of networking protocols andsecurity concepts

8.Experience with full software life cycleand delivery mechanisms

9.Excellent verbal and written communicationskills in Chinese and English
