请教dsp硬件学习过程

很急！急着就业，但发现dsp都是要硬件工程师，只懂算法的人含泪飘过阿。。。
现在痛定思痛决定要学dsp硬件，
求书籍推荐，
还有电路板子在哪买阿？什么牌子的好？

做算法，就多发文章，不要强求最好。

If you plan to do DSP HW or architecture design, you need to be an IC designer. There is no much chance for it at system level design.

At first step, you need to have basic backgound in DSP. Then you need to be familiar iwth difital filter. Next step depends on the application; for example, adaptive filter, milti-rate signal processing, modulator, data compression, etc. There are so many different directions.
