目前在上海帮一家在射频领域顶尖的美国公司招RF designer，做射频前端的，最好做过PA，没有的话做过其他射频器件的也可以看。具体要求如下，如有意愿可将简历发到sophiezll@yahoo.cn。
Primary Responsibilities:
1.
ICCircuit design, simulation and layout per defined product functionalities,specifications, yield, reliability and cost requirements.
2.
Laboratoryparts verifications using appropriate lab equipments.
3.
Defineproduction test items.
Provideassistance on mass production test platform development.
4.
PerformIC design review as well as layout review for designed circuits.
5.
Defineproduct evaluation platforms, required equipments and peripherals to supportlab verification. Ensure smooth and successful verifications of products.
6.
PrepareIC design documentation and professional design report.
7.
Supportcustomers regarding the application of designed products.
8.
Provideprofessional guidance to and mentor junior design engineers.
9.
Projectplanning, project scheduling and system partitioning.
Qualifications:
1.
教育程度及专业:
Bachelor/ Master Degree – Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering.
2.
专业知识:
Circuittheory, RF / Analog / Digital circuit design, Communication systems andstandards,
Signal processing, ICfabrication process.
3.
工作年限:
4+years relevant working experience (With Bachelor Degree of relevant discipline);
2-4years relevant working experience (With Master Degree of relevant discipline);
0-2years relevant working experience (With Doctoral Degree of relevant discipline).
4.
外语语种及水平:
English, good command of written andreading.
5.
需操作的计算机软件的名称:
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office,Linux, Agilent ADS, Cadence Virtuoso, Cadence spectre/spectreRF
6.
需要了解的设备/工具:
Vector network analyzer, Spectrumanalyzer, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, RF and baseband signal generator. |
