Job Duties:
1. To build up rapport relationship with customers
2. To develop new customer ac
3. To achieve the sales target
4. To provide technical support to customer
5. To work with technical team /or FAE for customer R&D projects
6. To provide good sales services to customers (including both pre-sales after-sales services)
7. Perform a wide range of major sales activities, including hling customer requirements, proposals, negotiations, administering company sales policies procedures
8. Provide customer with product availability, product substitution options pricing information
9. Negotiate terms of delivery for contract sales. Develop credit extensions, increase credit ceilings negotiate payment terms. Negotiate product modification pricing options. Negotiate all such services costs with the customer to secure an order.
10. Daily contact with clients to promote product offerings, services capabilities
11. Respond to client information requests
12. Monitor control response to client requirements for initial contact or order fulfillment
13. Negotiate testing, product modification, programming or laboratory quality control service pricing options
14. Regularly interface with product management customer service, manufacturers management to outline plans to secure successful sales in local market
