Bachelor degree  above , major in computer engineering or microelectronics.   Underst RISC CPU architecture, pipe line design.   Experienced in one of the following area: Verilog HDL language design, logic verification.   With high speed CMOS transistor  gate level design experience is a plus ,but not required.   Hard working  a team player.
