岗位职责
Role Summary
The Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) is responsible and accountable to grow revenue and gain market share at MNC (Multi-National Company) accounts. She/He will be responsible for several major MNCs located in Shanghai area. She/He will act as sales lead, maximize value to customers, solve customer’s problems and coordinate resource to successfully drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Primary Responsibility
• Accountable to grow revenue and gain share on Analog and Embedded Processor (EP) products at MNC accounts.
• Sell complete and broad portfolio in Analog and EP across different customers and maximize the number of sockets per board.
• Built and maintain good relationship at different level within the assigned MNC customers.
• Coordinate and leverage resource from FAE/Business Develop/Business Unit/Management etc to execute strategy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and solving their problems in a timely manner.
职位要求
Qualifications
• Bachelor or above
• 2 years of sales experience in the Semiconductor field with good and proven track record.
• Like working in a challenging environment, have management exposure and within a worldwide team.
• Passionate to win and accountable to drive result.
• Take initiative and ownership to continuously improve result.
• Excellent communication skill and Fluent in English (oral and written)
• High business sense with negotiation and influential skills.
• Ideally has some experience in Industrial and Automotive and worked with MNC accounts in the past. |
