Position 1: Job Title : Senior Analog IC Design Engineer/高级模拟IC设计工程师
工作地点：北京 学历：微电子相关专业，统招工学硕士及以上 工作年限：2年以上

Responsibilities: Contribute to the designs of Analog/Mixed Signal IC components such as ADCs, DACs,
DC/DC, Power amplifier and Analog signal condition;
Tasks include circuit design, simulation/verification, layout supervision, lab characterization , validation, and yield improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. MSEE degree or above in Microelectronics, telecommunications or related field, and 2 years+ Analog /Mixed Signal IC design, experience;
2. Good knowledge in at least one of the following disciplines: high speed and/or high precision ADCs, high speed and/or high precision DACs,
DC/DC converter,
PLL,high speed SERDES/PHY, analog filters,
High-speed /low noise/ high precision op-amp, precision comparator, switch-capacitor circuit; 3. Ability to work in a team environment; be self motivated and inclined to take initiative; possess excellent communication skills.
4. Experience with analog and mixed signal simulation tools; 5. Familiar with board design, digital verilog code design, good signal process skills and Matlab tool is a plus. 6. Location : Beijing 主要职责: -设计有挑战性的模拟电路，主要是ADC/DAC，DC/DC ,模拟滤波器，运放，功放，比较器等； -指导版图设计工程师实现模拟电路的版图设计； -电路版图的后仿真； -相应的电路文档和测试工作。 职位需求: -微电子或相关领域的统招工学硕士学历及以上；2年以上工作经验； -丰富的模拟电路理论知识； -能够熟练使用Cadence仿真工具； -掌握下列模拟电路模块者优先：sigma-delta AD/DA, pipeline ADC,
