1、        Senior Digital IC Engineer (Team Leader)
Job Description:
(1)        Lead team of design engineers in digital IC design for ASIC and mix-signal IC products;
(2)        Take in charge of digital IC design from algorithm, coding, synthesis, layout, to post-verification, tape out;
(3)        Communicate with analog design team.
Qualifications:
(1)        Over 4 years of experience in digital IC design;
(2)        Experience in digital IC flow from front-end to back-end;
(3)        Master user in C programming, Verilog HDL, VHDL;
(4)        Excellent knowledge of digital Communication, such as digital modulation, DSSS;
(5)        Good English communication skills;
(6)        Experience in Bluetooth/Wlan/RFID is a plus;
(7)        Experience in project or team management is a plus.

2、        Digital IC Engineer (Front-end and Back-end)
Job Description:
Mixed-signal chip's logic design and verification, including block level specification, micro architecture design, RTL coding and verification, synthesis and power and static timing analysis.
Qualifications:
(1)        Bachelor or master degree in semiconductor, electronic engineering or relevant speciality;
(2)        Experience in at least one of following area in digital IC: front-end design, back-end verification;
(3)        Master user in C programming, Verilog HDL, VHDL;
(4)        Familiar with EDA tools: cadence, modelsim, synoposys;
(5)        Experience in SPI, I2C is a plus;
(6)        Familiar with wireless communication protocol(physical layer, data link layer) is a plus;
(7)        Good team player.

3、        Wireless Communication Algorithm Engineer
Job Description:
(1)        Evaluate algorithm according to the requirement of system;
(2)        Design baseband Algorithm for wireless mix-signal IC and ASIC;
(3)        Verify algorithm using EDA tools and FPGA cooperated with digital IC engineer.
Qualifications:
(1)        MSEE or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or relevant speciality;
(2)        Experience in wireless communication protocol(physical layer, data link layer);
(3)        Master user of Matlab, Simulink and C program;
(4)        Familiar with communication modulation and demodulation(GFSK, QPSK, QPSK, QAM) and DSSS;
(5)        Experience in FPGA design and verification;
(6)        Experience in Bluetooth/Wlan/Wifi is a plus;
(7)        Familiar with IC design flow is a plus, such as RTL design and verification.

4、        RFIC Engineer
Job Description:
(1)        Design, analyze and simulation RFIC blocks like PA, LNA, Mixer, PLL, VCO;
(2)        Evaluate RF circuits using RF measurement equipments.
Qualifications:
(1)        MSEE or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Microwave Engineering or relevant speciality;
(2)        Familiar with RF/Analog circuit design in transistor level;
(3)        Familiar with at least one of follower semiconductor process: RF CMOS, BiCMOS, GaAs etc;
(4)        Experiences with EDA tools for circuit simulation and layout such as Cadence, ADS, Goldengate;
(5)        Experiences with high frequency equipment such as network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, high frequency signal source;
(6)        Experience in low power transceiver design is a plus;
(7)        Experience in Mobile handset PA design is a plus.

5、        RFIC Project Manager
Job Description:
(1)        Manage a team of design engineers in RF, analog and mix-signal circuits to develop full integrated transceivers for wireless communication products;
(2)        Involve in product definition, system design, chip design, customer support, etc.
Qualifications:
(1)        Over 5 years of experience in transceiver or relevant design;
(2)        Over 3 years of experience in RF/Analog circuit design in transistor level;
(3)        Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems and EMC;
(4)        Good understanding of deep-submicron CMOS process and analog IC design flow;
(5)        Familiar with high frequency equipment such as network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, high frequency signal source;
(6)        Good English communication skills;
(7)        Experience in RFIC mass production is a plus;
(8)        Experience in WLAN/GPS/GSM/LTE is a plus;
(9)        Experience in project management is a plus.

6、        Analog IC Engineer
Job Description:
(1)        Design analog circuits such as Bandgap, LDO, ADC, DAC, VGA, Active Filter for power management IC products, wireless communication IC products, etc;
(2)        Guide the layout designer for optimal physical design;
(3)        Communicate with Digital IC engineer for mix-signal IC integration.
Qualifications:
(1)        MSEE or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or relevant speciality;
(2)        Familiar with Analog and mix-signal circuit design in transistor level using CMOS or BiCMOS process;
(3)        Experiences with EDA tools in Cadence environment;
(4)        Experience in power management IC or ADC product development is a plus;
(5)        Familiar with ESD is a plus.

7、        Analog Layout Engineer
Job Description:
Work with RF/analog designers for analog circuit layout-drawing, floor-plan, area estimation, top-level routing, layout review, and chip tape out.
Qualifications:
(1)        Bachelor or master degree in semiconductor, electronic engineering or relevant speciality;
(2)        Familiar with IC production process;
(3)        Familiar with basic analog circuits, layout routing rules and verification tools: Calibre, Assura;
(4)        Strong physical layout knowledge and parasitic component understanding essential;
(5)        Good English skills in reading, writing and speaking;
(6)        Good team player.
