The license file of synopsys SCL 11.x or later needs site ID for encoding and license verification, so it will not work using old EFA gen.

You can just use site ID 000 (the default). The error you get is not /caused/ by the site ID. The error you get just says your license is invalid, which means using a different crack.

Your site ID number is in the upper-right corner of your Synopsys license
key certificate. If you have trouble locating it, contact your Synopsys
representative.
