Needs to be proficient in RTL design and be experienced with the complete ASIC flow. Comfort with transistor level circuits and the ability to model them in RTL is desired. Experience in implementing circuits for FEC codes and DSP applications preferred. Excellent communication skills required. Need to work with customers and other LSI groups within China and across the globe. Requirements 3+ Years of digital design. Experience in SerDes or PHY designs preferred. Education B.S in Electrical Engineering. M.S/Ph.D preferred.
