高手急救：
安装完ModelSim-Altera 6.5b (Quartus II 9.1sp2) 后，在启动的时候弹出：
Fatal License Error 对话框，提示，Unable to checkout a license.Make sure your license file environment variables are set correctly and then run 'luntil lmdiag' to diagnose the problem.Modelsim-altera uses the following environment variables to check the licenses(listed in the order of preference)
1,MGLS_LICENSE_FILE
2,LM_LICENSE_FILE
