ENGR IC DESIGN Manager

Requirements:
• Strong in Design and verification of blocks using Verilog/SystemVerilog
• In depth knowledge of IC theory and ASIC design methodology
• Familiar with digital video processing and digital signal processing
• Have knowledge of digital video output ports protocol
• Excellent experience in digital set-top box or digital TV silicon

Job Scope:
• Responsible for IC digital design
• Perform digital logic design, Verilog coding and simulate, logic synthesis, both RTL and gate level verification ,FPGA test, and silicon verification
• Perform digital video processing algorithm evaluation with C/C++
• Maintain applicable metrics and present during weekly and monthly business meetings
• Provide technical support and guidance to a cross functional team of engineers

Education and Experiences:
• Bachelor or master degree of computer, telecommunications, as well as electronic information
• 3+ years working experience in a technology of Digital video processing IC design
• 3+ years ability to product development experience

Skills:
• Experience with RTL (Verilog), simulation tools (VCS/NC-Sim/Modelsim), and Synthesis/Timing tools (ISE/Synplicity/Design Compiler/PrimeTime etc)
• Experience in developing simulation and verification test benches
• Proven analytical skills (application of math and physics to solve problems)
• Experience with video output analog circuit
• Familiar with Matlab tools
• Good teamwork ability, coordination skill, be willing to undertake challenge tasks under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills
• Develop and grow talent within the team
• Good ability of project management and risk control. Experience in project management will be preferred
