All files have now been extracted. I ran ./patch_encounter on the directory. It made a new directory in KITS. But to to run the program? Making a iso of the directory and running setup.sh fails! Please post install instructions.

download all the links,put in one folder of KITS and then extract manaually.

After i installed (by running setup.sh), installscape is started. I pointed it to the dir of the extracted file then went through the install process.  My target install folder now has 2.2GB of files, but where is encounter?

dont run  setup.sh file go to KITS folder extract, in linux you type WHICH ENCOUNTER
u get the path

Okay, all file sin kit have been extracted. There are now several folders. There is a folder called bin, in this there is encounter. But it cannot be executed. It is a dangling symbolic link and the permission cannot be changed. Where exactly is the encounter executable?  "which encounter" does not work.

In that .cshrc file give ur tool path,license path.
In linux mode
1)csh
2)source .cshrc
3)encounter
