PCB DesignBasicFunction:
Your roleinvolves supporting PCB hardware development such as RF tuner evaluation, FPGAevaluation, and complex production load boards.
The tasks include but are not limited to the PCB layout process ofstarting from schematics level to basic debugging of the PCB board.

SkillsNeeded:
Thecandidate must possess a basic knowledge of electronics components such astransistors, resistors, capacitors, and inductors.
A working knowledge with existing PCB layouttools such as PADS, PROTEL, and Allegro is a strong plus.
Understanding of analog/RF circuits arehighly desired. Some basic soldering skills will be required as part ofcompleting board assembly.

Education/TrainingNeeded:
Minimumqualification: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) orequivalent experience with emphasis in electronics.

Experience:
Minimumof 1 year of product engineering experience, or equivalent



ASIC lead.
Have good understanding of the whole ASICdesign flow, i.e, logic design, rtl coding, verification,  synthesis,timing and backend.
Have good background in communication theoryand embedded systems.
Have taped out at least 2 commercial chips inthe past.
Be proficient in the lab in terms of FPGAemulation and IC testing.
Be able to work with marketing team andsystem team to define the proper product spec.
Be good at leading a team. A self starter,motivated, hardworking and a good leader.
BSEE required, MSEE preferred.  5 yearsindustrial experience.

ASIC Backend SeniorEngineer

The Opportunity:
As the Senior ASIC Backend Engineer you will be working closely with thefrontend ASIC team to synthesize the RTL, clean up the timing, go through thebackend flows to deliver the tape-out.

Experience and SkillsNeeded:
Strong understanding of backend ASIC design flow, ie: synthesis, DFT, floorplanning, clock tree synthesis, place and route, SI analysis, timing closure,LVS, DRC.

Demonstrated knowledgein integrating analog/mixed signal IP’s Hands-on experience in low power designand deep sub-micron technology

A self-starter that ismotivated and a good team player

Education/TrainingNeeded:
BSEE required, MSEE preferred 8+ years industrial experience

ApplicationS/W Engineer
.NET Software Developers will beresponsible primarily for implementing GUI that controls configures Mobile TVand Digital TV SOC under Windows Operating system.

Key responsibilities will includemodifying existing GUI to meet evolving requirements as well as integrationwith middleware and device driver.

Applicant must be comfortablewith quickly learning new technologies, have strong design and problem solvingskills and must be a team player.

Requirements
-A BS in EE or CS and 2+ years of Windows GUI developmentexperience.   
MSEE/CS preferred
- Knowledge of .NET WinForms
- Knowledge of COM/COM+
- Knowledge and experienceprogramming with Win32 API
- Strong C/C++ programming skills
-Knowledge and experience designing and implementing Module Interface/Class
- Good understanding of thetechnical details of video and audio signals and broadcast standards
