Description An adaptive time frequency analysis toolkit , and its manual in Chinese. The kernel programm is writed in c++, and the GUI is a matlab function. Its time frequency resolution is much higher than short-term Fourier Transform.
Usage : Extract tfagui.m and tfagui.fig into the exist path of matlab, then extract atfr.exe into a system path("C:\winnt" for example). You can launch the toolkit by inputting "tfagui" in the command line of matlab.
