高手帮忙：一个关于chargepump的问题

我设计了一个chargepump用了EEPROM中的，输出电流小于0.1MA，我需要一个CALMP的电路，来把我PUMP的电压稳定在一个15.5V+/-0.5的范围之内，我应该采用什么样的结构啊？ 如果采用齐钠二极管作为稳压电路，感觉效率太低了。或者用一个LDO的结构，可不可以在我的CORE的里面用一个2.5V的电压来供电，而只是外部输出一个高压，各位老大能不能给点建议啊

If you have area, use cap, you need calculate the current, ripple to derive your size.
You can get more than a few hundred pF on chip. More than that the cost is high.
Or you can actively control the supply, frequency etc.

Resistive devider, compare with an referece voltage,doesn't need a level shifter
Only compares, Non  compensation is OK
With an external stabilzing capacitor, about 1uF, the voltage ripple will be small

很多業界都有做 可以去參考一下

高了关掉，低了再打开，类似于pfm。
