岗位职责：

1、Work with Marketing, Assembly, Test, CAD, Verification Engineering and Product Engineering groups to ensure proper testing and manufacturability of product.

2、Design, standardize, and document test methods and modes to facilitate common test flows and coverage on all designs.

3、Be responsible for SoC DFT Architecture, Including BSD, MBIST, APTG and Analog IP test.

4、Work with Fusa team the implement LBIST mechanism to meet Fusa requirement.

5、Be responsible for test pattern verification using standard industry simulators.

6、Be responsible for test pattern bring-up on the ATE equipment.

7、Assist test engineer and product engineer to do RMA and yield improvement.

岗位要求：

1、Expert in Design for Test methodologies with rich project experience.

2、Strong logic Design and verification background with experience in STA.

3、More than 5 large scale SoC end-to-end (from DFT plan to mass production) DFT implementation experience

4、Be familiar with Mentor or Synopsys DFT flow.

5、Be familiar with Automotive grad product is a big plus.

6、Basic working knowledge on V93 tester is a plus.

7、Programming in Perl, tcl and c++ is a plus.

8、~10 years of experience in DFT field.
