[已解决] 属性值数量级问题 e515 e212 网表问题

1,器件的属性值显示不对，主要是diffusionarea：ad和as，当单位为p(e-12）或者f(e-15)时，显示为e212或e515,仿真时导出的网表里也是e212或e515，仿真失败。
（系统环境Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server, Release 6.8,  cadence: virtuoso IC6.1.5-64b.500.11）
2，将vituoso更新到IC617后，显示基本正常，但是导出的网表依然不对。
有人遇到过这种情况吗？是怎么解决的呢？救命啊！

得到foundry支持，这个问题通过更新design library的CDF来解决，使用了foundry提供的一个工具。

When changes are made to a device inside PDK, these changes often affect the circuit
design, which have already been created. For example, a sheet resistance value may
change on a resistor, which affects the length of the device.
The user's circuit libraries are not automatically updated. The user's circuit designs inside
an existing library should be updated. Foundry PDK utility provide the function for the user's
library to be updated.
