岗位职责：

1. Team. Mgmt.

▪ Define and plan resources for his/her area according to company's plan

▪ Plan and administer budget for IE team

▪ Evaluate performance of personnel and support career development of team actively.

2. Location Layout

▪ Define, design and authorize the layout in office areas, production, warehouse and general areas in order to optimize productivity and to assure best usage of occupied areas.

▪ Maximize sales per square meter of production footprint.

▪ Introduce additional technologies as required.

3. Continued Improvement

▪ Roll out organized continuous improvement process in whole plant

▪ Coordinate strategies defined for CONCIP

▪ Follow up on the implementation of CIM ideas in related areas

▪ Define strategies necessary to accomplish the continued optimization of human resources as well as production equipments, and auxiliary material

4. Lean Production

▪ Drive productivity improvement within operations

▪ Develop and train competencies with regard to ergonomics and line balancing

▪ Realize the rollout of lean manufacturing philosophy in the whole org. and drive implementation of Lean production derived from automotive lean strategy

▪ Work to continually improve output in terms of cycle time and total costs.

5. Manufacturing Strategy & Standards

▪ Responsible for definition and implementation of manufacturing strategy based on Automotive strategy

▪ Responsible for definition and implementation of process standards (robust processes)

▪ Coordinate the material identification system and management of materials in the production area

6. Industrial Engineering

▪ Define and coordinate strategies for correct introduction of new products according to P730001

▪ Industrialization of new projects

▪ Support launch process

▪ Knowledge transfer within plant and from/to BU central functions

7. Focus Factory Support

▪ Process Executive for focus factories

▪ Develop manufacturing competencies

▪ Review performance and drive improvement management of focus factories (KPIs, Productivity, Headcount)

▪ Define and coordinate strategies to meet the required capacity (personnel and equipment)

任职资格：

▪ Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

▪ Solid knowledge of lean management

▪ Over 8 years working experience, especially in production and lean management, and previous experience as Industrial Engineering Manager required.

▪ Project management experience necessary

▪ Strong leadership with good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

▪ Result oriented, responsible, independent and take initiative

▪ Fluent in Mandarin & English
