Cadence IC5141 仿真出错

本人初学者，在用cadence IC5141仿真最简单的cmos电路，模型库是从eetop上下载的SMIC的0.18μm的工艺库，仿真的时候出现如下错误：


模型库文件内容是

上面写的
simulation tool    : Cadence spectre V4.4.6，但是我Cadence是5.1.41的，仿真出错是Cadence版本问题吗？

   貌似仿真器选错了，选成了SPICE了，看看是不是，选回spectre试试。
