1. Principal/Lead Product Validation Engineer

Position Description:     

Cadence ICD Product Validation Analysis Teammainly focuses on STA and Low Power related area in digital design backendflow.

1. This position is responsible for developing,applying and improving quality standard for Cadence Lower Power flow and Encountercommon timing engine.

2. The candidate needs to test Low PowerSolution and timing analysis result in common and special usage flows.

Detailed Responsibility:

1. Identify Low Power solution and timingsign-off challenges in complex SOC designs and advanced process nodes

2. Proactively provide Low Power & STA &Sign-off development suggestions to R&D.

3. Build up Lower Power & STA & Sign-Offexpertise and deliver support to field team and customers whenever needed.

4. Required to acquire expertise and ownershipover existing product components as well as develop brand new product features.

5. Project leader on important Low Power or STAfeatures.

Position Requirements:               

1. Bachelor with 6 years related experience orMaster with 4 years related experience in design house, FAB or EDA Company.

2. Rich experience in IC design flow (front-endor back-end).

3. Experience in STA and SI analysis, orexperience in Low Power flow, knowledge in parasitic extraction and signoff isa strong plus.

4. Good Unix System knowledge and script skillof TCL/TK/CSH/PERL.

5. Excellent capability of self-learning,problem solving skills;

6. Being proactive and self-motivated;

7. Strong leadership;

8. Good written English and oral English is astrong plus

2. Senior Product Validation Engineer

Position Description:     

•Thisjob is an important addition to Encounter quality and performance

•Responsiblefor Encounter/RC related Rubicon-lit/Rubicon database validation in EDI release

•Responsibleto co-work with RnD team closely to maintain stable database quality fromtesting view

•Workingclosely with other team members for technique communication and projects.

Position Requirements:               

•BS withminimum 2~3 years or MS in EE background, from design house or EDA company isstrong plus.

•Befamiliar with software development process, debugging tools, and configurationmanagement concepts.

•Goodknowledge at backend flow in digital design will be a plus

•Somedeep understanding for database/GUI/TCL will be a plus

•Excellentability to learn, explore and strong ability in solving problems independently

•Goodteam working attitude and innovating spirit.

•GoodChinese and English communication skills.

3. SeniorProduct Validation Engineer

Position Description

This job is an important additionof our R&D team to develop Cadence Encounter Digital Implementation System(EDI) and the major focus is Router.

·
Responsible for developing, applying, andimproving quality standard for Cadence EDI products

·
Required to acquire expertise andownership over existing product components as well as develop brand new productfeatures.

·
Help identifying new technologychallenges in advanced process nodes and proactively provide the productimprovement suggestions to R&D.

Position Requirements

·
CS/EE BS degreewith 3+ years or MS degree with 1+ years of EDA or IC design relatedexperience.

·
Basic knowledge andexperience of backend design flow using EDA tools.

·
Chip layoutintegration and successful tape-out experience, can use DRC/LVS sign off toolfor physical verification is strong plus.

·
Stronganalysis/debug capability for technical issues, be detailed oriented with afocus on quality.

·
Good team playerwith strong written and verbal communication skills.

·
Be able to workunder pressure, be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

·
Good English read,write and communication Skill.

4. SeniorProduct Validation Engineer (for GPS)

Position Description:

This engineer will work in Encounter GPS (Global PhysicalSynthesis) product validation team. The responsibilities include:

a) Assist in Cadence EDI development and validation

b) Validate and maintain comprehensive GPS unit and flowtest cases for Encounter Digital Implementation System.

c) Develop test suites of the new features of EDI GPSfunction

PositionRequirements:

a)MS of EE/CS

b)Digital IC design knowledge is necessary, statistic timinganalysis knowledge is a strong plus

c)Unix System knowledge, vi/TCL/TK/CSH/Perl will be plus.

d)Good communication in English and Chinese, good confidenceand self-motivation.
