Job Description

1.         
To develop business with customers by improving Analogix image thru promoting its technical strength & capabilities especially in its TCON and Driver technologies, product range & innovation.

2.         
Technical Marketing Role in charge of TCON and Driver IC.

3.         
Build up customer TAM/SAM gap analysis and mid - long term business plan for customer.

4.         
To provide customers, through Sales & Marketing organizations, with technical marketing driving forces focusing on Major Applications under responsibility, as a decisive contribution to increase Analogix market share.

5.         
Maintain and enhance business relationship with the customer, gather product and customer requirements, working closely with Application labs, Engineering teams, sales.

6.         
Project Management works

Requirements:
- More than 5 years working experiences in Panel design and marketing
- MSEE or equivalent
- Strong and solid knowledge on TCON and Driver product
- Technical background (R&D or FAE)

- Strong Leadership
- Strong Marketing and Business acumen
- Proactive
- Fluent in written and spoken English

Digital Marketing Manager

Job description

1.lead the digital marketing team and be responsible for developing and leading web marketing strategy and managing execution, through website, search engines, database marketing, social media, etc. with the aim of effectively deliver program and campaign massage so as to meet global metrics.

2.cooperate with corporate team to optimize ni website, prioritize and support global projects incorporating branch feedback

3.initiate and deliver web media expertise and market intelligence throughout daily web execution

4.act as independent web project leadership, initiate and drive strategic online project from scratch.

Qualification and requirements

1. 5 years or more experience in digital marketing

2. have clear understanding of marketing. strong knowledge of web channels and latest web technology to drive marketing demand.

3. strong project management experience in a highly-matrixed, cross-functional environment. demonstrate use of initiatives and flexibility to manage challenging situations.

4. experience with innovation and launching of new business initiatives

5.track record of successful team leadership and developing and retaining talent

6.experienced with utilizing analytics and reporting to drive business outcome

7.fluent in english communication (written and speaking), and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

8.positive thinking, high degree of self motivation with proven leadership skills, persistent and willing to work under pressure.

IT manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Must have excellent communication skills.

- Ability to practice good judgment in dealing with unforeseen issues that may arise.

- Willingness to take on any task and drive it to completion.

- Participate in 24 x 7 on call support.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 to 7 years of overall Unix/Linux experience.

- 2 year experience in scripting including Perl and Shell scripting. Perl scripting is highly desirable.

- Excellent knowledge of Netapp and similar storage

-experience with NFS and troubleshooting

- Experience with windows Active Directory

- Experience with TCP/IP and network switches

- Network Monitoring experience such as Nagios,Cacti
and SNMP

- experience on physical and virtual machines

- Experience with Linux benchmarking techniques for all hardware components

- VMware ESX/Player or KVM experience on Linux

- Experience with NIS and Automounter

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Experience with Platform LSF, Sun Grid, or any other batch queuing system

- Experience with network based OS installation (kickstart, jumpstart)

- Experience with Linux VMs in VMware vSphere 4.0

- RHEL/Centos optimization
