reporting to local group manager and AE/EMC-M (technical topics)
representation of the EMC-lab to external
scheduling (personnel and facility ressources)
estimation of testing efforts according to requests
cost controlling (MAE, testing orders)
training of new employees
Planning / Request for invest (MAE)
leadership (technical contents)
customer service (ordering, appeals, costs,…)
responsibility for lab internal processes and safety; definition of necessary actions to fulfill requirements
responsibility for all test results (output of EMC-lab)

Technical skills
Evaluation of equipment according to international standards
Release of technical documents
Consultant regarding standards and customer specifications
networking with RB-internal and external EMC-labs
networking with national accreditation bodies

overall knowledge and skills
Engineering know-how in electronics and communication technologies or RF-technology
min. 3 years experience in EMC lab
good command of English
compentence in leadership

level of education
studies (electronics or similar) at a university; min. bachelor degree
