岗位职责
1. 负责背面研磨、金属蒸镀及MEMS等制程的维护与开发；
2. 负责与设备工程师共同完成MEMS机台的装机、调试及导入生产；
3. 主要负责MEMS制程的开发、维护、改善及优化，以符合客户、品质、产能等需求；
4. 负责MEMS制程的培训工作；

职位要求
1.      大学以上学历，电子类相关专业；
2.      10年以上半导体制程经验；
3.      3~5年以上MEMS Module的制程维护经验；
