Job Title: Tech File Development Engineer
Job Description:1. Develop and update DRC/LVS command files according to each set of process design rules and
                                 spice model respectively.
                             2. Develop and update LPE deck/runset files according to process back-end technology format.
                             3. Develop the necessary design technology files to serve external customers and GSMC internal users.
                             4. Develop and utilize the techfile quality assurance system and fulfill quality continuous improvement.
                             5. Techfile update and revision maintenance and documentation.
