Showing files' overall specifications like members, constants, dependency among classes and many more by diagrams.

Unfortunately Source codes are not self explanatory and you can not understand the complicated nature of them due to their being like a bible and just need a messenger to light it up for the folks. I bet you will not even get the intent of the authors by just reading the IEEE Std 1666 part. This doc will help you to write better codes and debug them.
