Responsibilities:
- 1) Build TAM/SAM analysis and insight for Asia Motor and Power Control market and sub-segments, and accordingly develop business plans including objective, strategy, and implementation.
- 2) Teamwork closely with top account business/technology leaders, segment application engineers, WW segment team and core product teams, to develop specific strategies for growth in the top accounts and support on key projects.
- 3) Keep tracking on Motor and Power Control market and technology trends, explore/develop new markets, and investigate new opportunities.
- 4) Figure out the major market needs in the region, work with internal divisions to build up the resources and tools to support the needs and fasten xx leading technology/service position.
- 5) Lead (initiate, coordinate resources, and implement) xx Motor and Power Control product/solution/brand promotion in the region, by working closely with WW segment team, core market team, and regional sales/ADI distributors.
Qualification:
- 1) Good knowledge on Motor and Power Control market semiconductor business, with strong electronics basics – system designer or analog/processor FAE experience is highly preferred.
- 2) Strategic thinking and good in execution.
- 3) Full enthusiasm, capable to work in ambiguous environment and matrix organization.
- 4) Good communication capability, especially interpersonal skills and team work spirits, also presentation skill.
- 5) Team management skill.
- 6) Good command of Chinese and English in verbal and written.
- 7) B.S.E.E. required, and M.S.E.E preferred.
- 8) Willingness to travel.
