Job Description:
The Education Program Account Manager will be responsible for
1. Plan and promote SpringSoft University Program
2. Consult on SpringSoft software deployment in labs and institutes
3. Support SpringSoft software based education
4. Migrate SpringSoft Education Foundation courses to China
5. Build and maintain public relationship in education territory

Job Requirements
1. 2+ year sales or marketing or business development experience;
2. The individual must have good communication skills, team work and self-motivated spirits;
3. IC design or related technical experience is preferred;
4. Some travel required.

2. Technical Consulting Engineer



Job Description:

The Application Engineer will be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales technical support for EDA products. His/her responsibilities include:

1. Introduce and promote the products to customer in technical perspective with sales people;

2. Fully understand customer’s issues and questions, resolve promptly either individually or by coordinating with corporate support team or R&D team;

3. Perform customer education program, products evaluation program and sometimes work in customers projects;

4. Work with the sales team to collect and analysis account information on technical point of view.

5. Act as a channel between customer and marketing/R&D team inside our international company chains to have customer requirements reflected and products improved.

The Application Engineer can be described as an account manager in technical side as well as a field expert of specific EDA products line. He/she will work very closely with sales team to accomplish sales plan.

Job Requirements:

1. BSEE with 3 year+ digital IC design related experience or equivalent;

2. The individual must have good communication skills, team work and self-motivated spirits;

3. Experience of ASIC/SoC/FPGA design/verification is a must

4. Familiar with mainstream digital IC design tools is a must, Debussy/Verdi/nLint experience is preferred，FPGA based prototyping design experience is preferred;

5. Familiar with UNIX/Linux system, CAD or design methodology experience is preferred.

6. Some travel required.
