要求：
1.Responsible for the development of Weidmuller IE switch products
2.involved in new product definition；
3.develop products according to the requirements of customers and other internal departments, such as Product Manager；
4.propose constructive design concept according to customers’ real application situation；
5.design modify and improve according to the requirements of customers or other internal departments；
6.collect the product function, performance of competitors’ products, analyze the advantage and disadvantage of our company, and provide analysis report；
7.Have sharp market insights, propose more competitive product design concept based on market existing products；
8.Support Sales and Quality department to resolve customer complaints and customer on-site technical issues；
9.lead to complete feasibility analysis before project start, and control project risk during project in processing  ；
10.accumulate product experience, actively prepared technical knowledge based on industry technology and product development trend；
11.participate academic summit in the product areas, involved in setting and modifying the product standards；

Work Experience 
5 years and above experience in IE switch product development (hardware, firmware )
Independent leadership and operational experience in product development
Knowledge 
IE switch product (Non-management and management)；
Familiar with the product standards(IEEE802.3,etc)
Familiar with the product application especially on Energy ,transportation field；
Familiar with correlative certification(such as IEC61850-3)；
Familiar with the domestic market development status  and main competitor’s product information
Skills 
Mastery of relevant computer software；
Good logic analysis ability
Good writing skill
